Clive Edwards is a leading authority on the history of design and interiors, and is Professor of Design History at Loughborough University, UK. After a career in the retailing of furniture and interiors he took an MA in the History of Design at the Royal College of Art/Victoria and Albert Museum and subsequently completed a PhD on Victorian furniture technology. Edwards is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and he is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Design History.
